They host a UK employee-exclusive event called UMusic Autumn, featuring performances by UMG artists. However, the surprise element is that employees only find out who's performing when they arrive.
To drum up excitement for this event, an internal marketing campaign will target all departments, from recording producers to the accounting team. Each department will receive personalized content, such as a video advertisement delivered by email, a GIF set for Slack, and specially curated vinyls. These efforts aim to boost word-of-mouth marketing among remote and on-site employees.
